Where do you ship products from?
We ship all products from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
How much is the shipping charge?
We charge a flat $15 shipping charge. You can also pick up the item from our warehouse for free.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped by the next business day.
All orders are sent via Canada Post which can take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days. If you prefer expedited shipping that can also be selected when purchasing your item, which will take 2 to 5 business days.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use Canada Post Regular Parcel with tracking. Canada Post Expedited Parcel can also be selected through our website.
Do you offer drop-shipping?
Yes, we offer drop-shipping.
What happens if my order never arrived?
If you did not receive the item after two weeks from the date of purchase, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Do you offer discounts if I buy in bigger quantity?
Yes, we do! We provide volume discounts, the more you buy the greater the discount. The volume discounts are calculated automatically as you add items to the shopping cart and increase the quantity of the same item.
Can I visit your warehouse?
We do not have a retail section in our warehouse, so currently we do not allow visitors.
Is everything on the website in stock?
Yes! Everything on the website is in stock. We do not keep out of stock items on the website.
Warranty
We offer 60-day warranty on all of our products, from receiving date.
Returns
If an item needs to be returned, we give 15 days from when you receive the item for the item to be returned. However, you are responsible for return shipping cost.
